With 25+ years in the Australian Army in Special Forces unit plus my mentorship with Anytime Fitness in acquiring my Cert 3&4 in Fintness our success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. Commando Fit will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
